Yes, PBI will migrate and preserve all matches you had actioned in the old portal. To view those matches, go to the “Reports” tab in the portal.
In general, the workflow is very consistent in the new portal – you will still receive/review weekly results, validate/reject matches, and generate/view reports.
The workflow for reviewing matches has been streamlined. You no longer need to go to the Research Center to view obituary text, it is now provided on the match review screen. In addition, PBI has integrated the Address and Relative search features into your reports. Searches done on a participant will remain with that participant for any additional matches made in subsequent weeks.
System
PBI supports all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.) except for Internet Explorer 11.
PBI handles new user set up. Please contact your Account Manager to have new users added.
Yes, you have two options:
- PBI can notify you each week regardless of if you have results to review or not, or
- PBI can send notifications only if you have matches that need to be reviewed. Please let your Account Manager know what you prefer.
